You will treat HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union (the “Credit Union”) staff with respect and professionalism throughout the interaction.
Inappropriate, offensive, or abusive behavior (including exposing oneself, engaging in explicit acts, or threatening conduct) is strictly prohibited and may be considered a criminal offense under applicable laws, including potential felony charges and may also serve as grounds to limit your Credit Union services and/or expel you from the Credit Union.
The Credit Union may restrict, limit or revoke your Credit Union services, including your access to Virtual Branch services, and/or expel you from the Credit Union in the event of misconduct or violation of this disclosure or the Credit Union’s Code of Conduct or membership agreement.
This session may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, compliance, security and other lawful purposes.
Transcripts and recordings may be reviewed to support training, service improvement, investigation of reported incidents, or for other lawful purposes.
